a new recipe! 

Tater-Tot casserole

1 lb. Ground beef
½ red or purple onion
between 2 and 10 cloves of garlic :-D
1 small can of cream of celery (campbells)
1 small can of cream of mushroom (campbells)

brown the ground beef and onions in medium saucepan. (if you use garlic, that, too.)

mix the two soups, ground beef, and onions together. Place them in a glass PYREX casserole dish. Or whatever.

Take frozen tater tots and cover the top. Bake in oven for 30 minutes.

Wa-lah!


This dish is one of the BEST I’ve ever had reheated. Holy crap this is gourmet cooking, you guys!
