I got a Night Manager spot with QT. it pays 32-38 a year plus bonuses, health, ownership options, tuition reimbursement, &c.
QT is going to pay for my college.

a 17 year-old kid was shot and killed (well, he's on life support and there is no brain activity...) in the Quik Trip at Murdoc and Broadway here in Wichita. That store is merely blocks from mine, In fact, we are the closest store to it.
He was a clerk, and as far as anyone can ascertain, the shooting was completely random. I don't believe in completely random crimes, but, as far, that seems to be the case.
Also, in other news, I have an interview for a 2AN spot (Night manager) this morning. or, at least, I did. I doubt it. When someone dies, things get re-scheduled.
