Some school districts actually closed school a couple of days in the last few weeks because of the high gas prices. No, I don't know which ones, I'm just watching the news. The school districts reported saving $2,500.00 a day- they didn't have to fill those buses.
Also, 10 states are going to sue Bush. something with Emissions. I don't know. Look it up yourself.

Congress, which is majority republican, decided to give big oil companies a "tax holiday" instead of giving the common tax payer some small form of relief for the current (high) gas prices.
